Arkells – Whistleblower 2011

From their first album, to their newest single “Whistleblower”, the Canadian boys are able to drive out catchy rhythms, and upbeat tempos, that make you want to pull out your guitar, and jump around.

With an immediate burst of a thumping bass, and high-strung guitar, “Whistleblower” sets off with a high beat and chanting chorus.

Maintaining a very consistent pace throug hout, the song happily ends on a high-note, and becomes a great frontrunner for the band’s upcoming album. While set to be released in the Fall, there is still a good while before the Arkells will be back on our radar. However, until then make sure to do some brushing up on a few of their past tracks…
